Many people struggle to find time for the things that are most important to them. We make big plans to exercise more, spend quality time with family and friends, keep up with housework, or finally get on top of our day jobs so we don’t have to work overtime, but we just don't follow through.

There’s plenty of advice out there offering quick tips and time-saving hacks and I share these myself on social media. While these can be helpful, they often only scratch the surface. They don’t address the deeper reasons why managing your time well continues to be a daily struggle.

So that there are no surprises I like to share the current cost of the coaching sessions which is £300 for the six sessions. Each session lasts for one hour and you will also receive worksheets to complete between sessions, which you will be able to use as you continue on your time management journey.
