What’s included…

  • We’ll meet once a week for ten weeks, with some flexibility for holidays

  • Each session lasts 45 minutes and takes place via Zoom

  • This is an individual coaching programme so it will just be you and I on the call

  • Between our one-to-one sessions you will be expected to watch video tutorials and complete the accompanying worksheets

The investment

BALANCE costs £500. This works out at just £50 per session with additional video lessons and workbooks included to support your progress and results. A flexible payment scheme is available.
